This Privacy Policy explains how Ariive collects, uses and shares information through ariiveaccess.com, including the ride request form on this website. It is separate from our Terms of Service.
Information you give us through the ride request form. Our ride request form is provided by Bambi (more on Bambi below). When you request a ride, you may give us:
We ask about mobility and health-related needs only so we can transport the passenger safely. Please don’t enter diagnoses or Social Security numbers in the form.
Payment information. Payment information is collected and processed through Bambi, using Bambi’s payment processor, so you can pay for your rides.
Job applications. If you apply through our Careers page, we receive your name, phone number, email address, city, the position you’re interested in, what you tell us about your experience and your resume if you attach one. The form emails this information to Ariive’s own inbox, where only the Ariive staff who handle hiring can see it. We use it only to consider you for a role and to contact you, and we keep it only as long as we need it for hiring and to meet legal requirements.
Information you give us by phone or email. If you call or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and trip details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host and our security software keep standard technical logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time. We use these logs to keep the website running and secure.
Our website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The only cookies on our website are the security cookies set by Google reCAPTCHA, described below.
Some content on our pages is loaded from other companies. When your browser loads it, that company receives your IP address and basic browser information, under its own privacy policy:

We send text messages about your trip only if you agree to them in the form. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Bambi. Ariive uses Bambi, a transportation management platform from Bambi Health, Inc., to receive and manage ride requests and payments. Information you submit in the form goes directly to Bambi’s systems, where Bambi stores and processes it for us. Payment information is processed by Bambi’s payment processor. You can read Bambi’s privacy policy.
Ariive staff. Our staff who handle scheduling, dispatch and driving can see the information they need to arrange and complete your ride.
Job applications. Only the Ariive staff who handle hiring can see what you send through our Careers form. We don’t share applications with other companies.
Other service providers. Companies that host and secure our website may process technical information as part of providing those services.
When required. We may share information if the law requires it, to protect the safety of a passenger or anyone else, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our service and to meet legal, insurance, accounting and record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, and we limit access to the people who need it to arrange rides. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask to review the information you have given us, or ask us to correct, update or delete it. Email info@ariiveaccess.com or call (510) 945-3990. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request, and we may keep some information when the law requires it. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, and our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do not track visitors across other websites over time, and we do not allow other companies to collect information about your online activities over time and across websites through our website for advertising.
Ariive is based in California, and this policy is written to meet California’s Online Privacy Protection Act. It describes the kinds of personal information we collect, the kinds of companies we share it with, how you can review and request changes to your information, how we respond to Do Not Track signals, and how we will tell you about changes. We do not share personal information with other companies for their direct marketing.
Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13, except when a parent or guardian gives it to us to request a ride for the child.
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also note them on this page.
If you have questions about this policy or your information, email info@ariiveaccess.com or call (510) 945-3990.
